Keep Me Posted began in 2009 under the name of Buzy Bee Bookkeeping, running out of Arayna’s home. After 6 years of working out of her house, Arayna decided to expand her business and move into a more accommodating office space. After renting different spaces for over 10 years, Arayna was finally able to take the plunge and purchased her own office building in 2021.
Now with 3 employees, and serving clients from all over Vancouver Island, Keep Me Posted Bookkeeping has been busier than ever.
Arayna held over 20 years of bookkeeping and office management experience under her belt before opening Keep Me Posted Bookkeeping. She attended Malaspina University College in Nanaimo, and earned an Office Administration Certificate. Her goal was to become a Legal Secretary, but with bookkeeping running in her veins, she made the switch which brought her to where she is today. Arayna is originally from Ontario, and moved to British Columbia with her family when she was 6 years old, living on Vancouver Island for a majority of her childhood. Arayna is a mother of 2 children, and enjoys running, hot coffees, and good books.
Natalie joined the Keep Me Posted team in April of 2021, and brings with her a background of customer service and administration skills. She attended the University of Fraser Valley and acquired a Certificate for Small Business Bookkeeping. Natalie is a born and raised Vancouver Islander, who has lived in the Oceanside area her entire life. Her hobbies include reading, and collecting Starbucks reusable tumbler cups (Fun Fact: Her collection is up to 30 cups and is still growing!). Natalie’s perfect Friday night is hanging out with her friends and playing Mario Party.
